I think we’ve all had some bad experiences with mild and severe sunburns. Summer is a great season due to higher temperatures and lots of sunny weather, but sunburns can severely damage our skin and cause premature aging. Valentine’s day is coming and I have a few ideas for a special surprise. Many skin care can be easily done in less than an hour, so it would be sin not to try them. 😉
I don’t know about you, but my hands are very sensitive during winter. This is why I decided to make a gentle and soothing body scrub that can be used for hands or other body parts that need some exfoliation. Oats are soothing and exfoliating, so they will be a great ingredient for this recipe. Another ingredient is honey that has anti-microbial properties, so it will help heal any small damages. The last ingredient is oil, I chose olive oil. It’s used for a smoother application, but you can skip it if oil is not something you like.
